- Supportive Team Environment – Work with people who care about doing a great job and lifting each other up.
- Perform restoration tasks (drying, demolition, etc.) per work orders and crew chief direction
- Load vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and equipment
- Prepare job sites thoroughly and leave them in excellent condition
- Work efficiently and professionally with your crew and communicate clearly
- IICRC certification
- Experience in cleaning/restoration (commercial experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance)
- Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and at ceiling heights
- Able to sit, stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Must be able to work with/around cleaning products and chemicals
- Local and occasional out-of-state travel may be required

The IICRC, originally named the International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Inc. (IICUC), was founded in 1972 by Ed York. Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world.
The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
